"BUYER BEWARE: I went into the store and Lori helped me. She was so rude. I had gone in with both my daughter and daughter-in-law. That happened on a Monday. I went back in on Thursday by myself and she was still rude. Wouldn’t answer questions and kept walking away. I had asked about transitions from wood to tile and she told me she was too busy to answer or help. There was one other person in the store. I am all about customer service and feel like she did not have to snap at me or be rude. And especially to be RUDE to my family is a BIG NO NO! Absolutely not! I will be taking my business elsewhere for sure! I have a kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a laundry room that needs tile and backsplash so they lost out. My advise is to treat everyone nice and with respect!"
