Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

"Hours appear to be wrong on both the store website and on Google. I arrived at 5:40pm to pickup an order, but the doors were already locked. I could see two people working in the back of the store, but they ignored my knocking on the door. It would have taken them 2 minutes to simply hand off my order, but they chose to provide a poor customer experience. Never had such a poor experience with a Sherwin-Williams store in the past."

"This Sherwin Williams was quick to greet us when we came in even though they were very busy they let us know they would be with us as soon as possible. When we got to the front of the line they took their time and answered all our questions thoroughly and gave us some additional food for thought. The store was clean and their associate was professional we will definitely be returning customers."

"My order was called in to this location, there were only 2 employees and there were 4 people waiting. After 35 minutes of standing in one spot I considered leaving. They hadn't filled my order which added another 15mins to the wait. They we're all nice and smiled a lot, apologized for the wait but it didn't make up for the morning being wasted (I was at another location originally, they called my order to this one due to being out of stock). I wasn't pleased. Luckily this location is far from us and won't need to come back."

"Both your workers appeared very overwhelmed with the line. There were about 4 people in the store. 1 was helpful and friendly and the other was not friendly. They basically ignored me, let me stand in line for 15 minutes and when I got up the register to order my paint told me I had to go back to the paint section to choose the type of paint. I already had chosen my color and thought once I got up to the register they would help me selecting the type of paint. I then got back in line and waited again for about 15 more minutes before they could mix the paint."
