"I have liked other Home Depot’s in the past. I have lived in this area for 4years. THIS location has only gotten worse. Bad service, un-knowledgeable staff, and the younger ones are far too arrogant combined with that ignorance. Since last year, management has happily refused to enforce mask wearing and social distancing. On paper (and with signage) they do. But, in practice, they don’t. The smirk on the store manager’s maskless face when I would address the matter with them said plenty to me as well. Now, when I call the location in Stanford Ranch, I get kind, friendly, effective service. I call THIS location... the Gardening “team member” picks up, holds the phone without saying so much as “hello” and without hesitation continues to talk to someone else for about a minute before hanging up in me!!!! No words to me even when I started with “hello”! I have had enough! I would rather drive to Stanford Ranch from Granite Bay than to deal with these useless lackeys!"
