"I like to buy alot of cabinets in this store but the last time I was in there one of the guy working in the warehouse he was so rude,he call me stupid. I don't recommend this place anymore."

"I highly recommend BNP Cabinet. I read the reviews, especially the low star ones, and while visiting actually watched a couple get all huffy with the staff there for no good reason. They gave me great service and, from what I saw, customers have some unreasonable expectations and/or may have problems understanding what they are being told. They worked with me through several changes and changed estimates, without a complaint and all in good spirit. I saw a customer ask for a price list, which they don't provide, and then get all angry about the lack of a list even after the kind person at the desk offered to help work on an estimate based on a full design (they will provide for free based on measurements). Instead of being thankful, they stormed out angry that they couldn't get a price list. This place is not home depot, so there are limitations, but prices and quality are much better. I appreciated all their help and prices can't be beat."

"Their cabinets are ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. Whatever you buy here "at a cheaper price" will turn into frustration after a few months after the installation. One more thing. I think, their customer service "serves" the same way as CPC serves Chinese people. Hate to bring this over here, but hey, they really should learn to respect customers and be honest."

"NOT an outlet. Zero prices on anything, and they don't have a price list. You have to ask about each individual item for prices, and they only have kitchen/shower models in the store like a showroom. Better off going to Contractor's Warehouse where they have prices on everythint"

"I hate leaving 1 star reviews, and I hate dishonest businesses even more. They were trying to get rid of a product and figured I wouldn't make a fuss over it or notice. They gave me the incorrect and damaged product. They finally let me return it but they were rude as hell. It's a miracle they're in business."
