"Worst customer service in landscaping materials business! The staff are rude and unwilling to help. Called 3 different days and phone never got picked up. Was at store (empty) with the phone ringing off the hook and two employees just casually working not bothering with the phone. 15% restocking fee for something you didn't use and can physically put back yourself is outrageous. Would love to have a little chat with the owner!"
