"Dan Gamez is the final say at Baileys outdoor. We had a stop work situation with a faulty chain. We immediately went to Baileys and provided pictures and waited 4 hours for a response. After speaking to Riley, Cynthia and Dan Gamez, Dan Gamez laughed and hung up not one time but twice. I have bought products and saws for years from Baileys. Amazing safety means nothing to them, especially Dan Gamez who told me he was as high as Baileys went. Well if he is they are doomed! Terrible response to customer service would be an understatement."

"Always find what I need for even rare saws and always a great deal with great customer service. Consistently go above and beyond to make you happy including easy return/replacement, loaner tools for free, discounts, etc. Most items in stock and custom orders sometimes supplied in minutes."

"Bailey's never ceases to amaze me. I placed an order back in 2019 and had the bare minimum information and their representative, Chris R., still managed to find the original order for me. With that, we went through each item and re-ordered the majority. Chris sent a Sales quote within minutes and when I called back I was lucky enough to get him AGAIN on the phone where we placed the order and given a time frame for the delivery. Truly great customer service in addition to their solid products. Thanks again, Chris!!"

"WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE/SALES EVERY Don't waste your time. I placed an order in August was told that the part would be shipped in 10 business day. It is October and I have places no less than a dozen phone calls to follow up. Not only did they give false information they know state that the order was cancelled by "their system". Each time I spoke with someone there was a different story. The worst online experience our business has every had. Find someone else to do business with."

"I called to get information on one of their portable sawmills. The salesman Dan was informative, and said he would send me a price quote. Two days later nothing. I called and asked for the quote again. He sent one to me, to which I replied that I wanted to go ahead and purchase. Two weeks later no response. If this is their sales face of the company, I would hate to experience the warranty side."
