"We stayed here for a week, as soon as we arrived we noticed trash all over the entrance, a dirty mask and beer cans on the ground, along with cigarette butts scattered throughout the property. When we got inside we saw mold in both bathrooms. The upstairs bathroom shower was covered in black mold and floors were not cleaned properly. We decided to cook dinner and found a pot in the cabinet with food in it and when we went to the back to grill, my dad fell from going down the rotten steps outside. The bed my husband and I slept on only had a flat sheet; no fitted sheet at all. We called the office and nothing was ever done about that. The cleanliness in this cabin was absolutely awful. I would not recommend it unless they hired new cleaning staff."

"We rented 'Smoky Bear's Den ' as it was close to our daughter's wedding venue and I have to honestly say I have never been more humiliated in my life( keep in mind we had guest from out of town coming to stay with us) This place was unbelievable and Susie at the rental company said if we would take down our reviews she would refund $175.00 cleaning fee REALLY !! I should have sent them a cleaning bill, I'll just let the pictures speak for themselves and for me. I have plenty more pictures just thought I would give you a sneak peek. But anyway since we got refunded a whole 175.00, I just want to say Susie sweetheart this review is not coming down."

"I normally don't leave reviews but I thought I should share about our experience with this place. The house was beautiful, pool was nice and overall a great location being close to all major attractions. The cleanliness of the place could have been better. Some of the sheets on the beds didn't look clean with hair and dirt still on them when we got there. We had to re-wash them. The floors were dirty as well. The first night we were there the kid's bare feet or socks were black from walking around. We all felt a little discusted with the cleaning company. We did some quick cleaning and tried enjoying the rest of our week. Our other cabin where the grandparents were staying at was completely gross. It smelled like cat urine, trash all over the outside, and one of the cabin's bedrooms was leaking with water. Completely unacceptable for the amount of money you pay for these cabins. When they called to have services come out and have the place recleaned (they made arrangements with the rental company to be out of the house for the cleaners to come the next day) the cleaners never showed. The neighbors told us that they spent their whole first day of their vacation cleaning as well because their cabin was dirty. To top off the week, the last night both cabins had purses and credit cards stolen from their vehicles. We will never be coming back to here again and I suggest they hire a new cleaning company."
