"I had an inquiry for some Colder fittings. Initially I received a quick response from an inside sales employee asking for more details. Inside sales asked for a couple of pictures and asked how many I was looking for. I explained what I was looking for and how critical the part was to restore capability for our workload and provided pictures, but that I only need one fitting. After that, NO RESPONSE. After several attempts emailing this inside sales employee for weeks - I'm only assuming that my request for a single part wasn't worth the company's or this employee time. But, it is okay to have us wait for a response furthering our delays to our customers. I would have been okay with any response to be honest. Overall, this encounter a serious red flag for a company and it's representatives on following through to meet a customer needs no matter how simple or mundane the scenario is. What if the problem is more complex, or demanding? It's disappointing and this experience was frustrating."
