"The woman who answered my initial email inquiry and phone call was extremely rude and lacked any customer service skills. It is unfortunate because she did not follow the organization's philosophy of providing "fast, reliable information with a positive attitude" (as stated on their website)."
"I recently brought all of our screens and screen doors to SeaBreeze to be re-screened. All of the staff I met is all so friendly and helpful, they have a variety of services and products to offer, and the prices are very affordable and competitive! I was able to put regular mesh on the windows and a stronger “pet mesh” on my screen doors! I told them to take their time with my large order but I was able to pick it up just a few days later! Definitely will be a returning customer and I recommend them highly!!!"
"Build a small house and Sea Breeze did the custom glass shower door, large mirror over vanity. several smaller mirror, cabinet glass projects as well. Easy to work with , fair price and great work whether its a large or small job. Highly recommend."
"I work with many builders and commercial property owners in the greater San Diego area. I called Sea Breeze and asked for Jim, the owner, in hopes of doing a little informal networking with them. Whoever answered the phone was by far one of the rudest people I've had the displeasure of speaking with in recent months. She immediately assumed I was trying to sell them something and hung up on me. When I called back, I explained that I wasn't selling a service; but looking to network because we have industry-adjacent customers and can likely help each other out on an informal basis. She told me they have more work than they can handle and they have no interest in even a professional introduction. So, if you need glass work done in the local San Diego area, call one of the many other glaziers nearby. Sea Breeze has more work than they can handle, so you'll be doing them a favor. I was hoping to recommend them to a client, but judging from the interaction I just had I would only be giving them, and my customer, a headache."
"Perhaps it was just a confused employee? I called and asked if they could cut a piece of glass, today - I used to work in a glass shop, so I knew the size and type of glass I needed. The person on the phone said they could and had it in stock. I went down to the shop and they told me I could pick up the piece in 2 days - apparently the person who could cut the glass wasn't working today or tomorrow. I do understand that mistakes are made, but it is frustrating when I asked the question before driving to the shop. I nicely said I would need to go somewhere else and I was walking away, the girl at the desk sarcastically said "you have a nice day.""
