"I've used many contractors in different areas in different homes in the past but Floor Shop was absolutely the best. My best experience started from when I visited their store in Point Loma. Josh walked me through all types of products with his honest opinion on pros and cons. He was very knowledgeable to answer my many questions. He didn't push any specific product but when I asked his recommendations he gave me excellent feedback. I was able to pick one LVP in a relatively short time. Now I know that I made the right choice as it looks fabulous in my home! It's been about two months with the new floor but I still love it every day. Their installation work was very precise and clean. They never cut the corner. They paid attention to the fine details. It is a complete clean finish without gaps or alignment issues throughout the home. Unlike many contractor companies, Josh was very responsible and returned calls as quickly as possible. "We needed carpet installed quickly and wanted to support a local business in Point Loma. Turns out the Floor Store was the place to go. I called a week out and let them know I would need some carpet pretty quick, they said to come in and we set up a time that worked for us traveling from out of town. When we arrived we were greeted warmly and they let us know they had some extra carpet that they had from a very large job they finished that they set aside for us since we wanted the install quick. We looked at the carpet, got a good price, and hopped over to the condo for a quick measurement. Then the next day they installed it and it looks great. We were very pleased and felt like they run a good business! Would defiantly do business with them again."
