"I can't say enough good things about the folks at Reflex Roofing. Oscar was fantastic with answering all my questions and helping with narrowing down the best material to use for my roof project and was very prompt and reliable on getting back with answers and suggestions on my may inquiries. The Install process was without any issues, and they went above and beyond. The first day, we had some rain at the end of the day, which was unusual with it being summer, and as luck had it, they ran out of felt material. Of course, it was 6 pm on a Friday, and I am sure the crew was exhausted as they started at 7 am. Oscar, not wanting to take any chances with the possibility of additional rain overnight combined with the roof being exposed, went out of his way and procured some additional felt at the supply store so that the roof wood was 100% protected. It's a good thing he did because we got a lot more rain overnight. Eddie, Oscar's brother, helped finish up some of those extra touches that really set the roof apart. Eddie was very knowledgeable, with over a decade of experience, and pointed out a couple of corners that roofers cut during installation and finish work. It was a great learning experience and taught me what a quality roof looks like.
