"I have worked with other Floor and Decor locations and always had great customer service. Mission Viejo had the worst customer service. Ethan in the warehouse was rude and clearly hates his job. The stone we wanted was in the warehouse and not on the shelves in the store. So we wanted to go through the pieces. He said we weren't allowed to go through them in the store and had to do it at home. I told him I have done 3 complete bathrooms with Floors & Decor and had an issue with one of the orders so I wanted to be sure to go through the stones this time, but he was argumentative. Therefore, I had him bring out the manager who allowed us to go through the stone and stated that Ethan just didn't want to clean it up. As we walked away through the parking lot, we tried to laugh off the situation, but the guy collecting the carts mocked our laugh. Suggesting that Ethan made it known to his coworkers he was not happy with us. Disrespectful behavior and won't ever go back to this location."

"The Mission Viejo location has the worst customer service of any Floor and Decor I've experienced. I needed to arrange delivery after purchase. I spent several days, phone calls with no less than 6 different people, 40 minutes with one, before the final person told me I must come in to make that transaction. Then once I scheduled for delivery I called the morning of inquiring of the delivery window and they said I would receive a call. It is now 12:30 pm the day of and I still have not received a delivery window. I called back with no answer to the phone. Then someone answered the phone I could clearly hear talking. They left the phone off the hook probably hoping I would hang up. Then I called again, no answer to the phone. I never lost my cool, but I will NEVER shop this location again. The customer service and lack of knowledge from this store is absolutely horrendous. Still not sure if I'll ever receive my order. Hoping for the best."

"2 star because is good place and fare price but I had such bad experience with two lazy and grumpy employees they were working there!! They forced me to return my tile because maybe was heavy and they didn't want to help me!! And I returned!!"

"Store with a very huge collection of tiles, ceramics, LVPs for flooring and walls. Visited this a few times to pick up materials for a friend's bathroom renovation. The staff is super helpful and prices for all materials are well displayed. Good place to look at how various tiles and designs look post installation so that we can make correct decisions in time. They also have their own design centers and staff who can sit with you and help you make decisions. P.s. if you have a pro account with them, they do allow you to take samples for free."
