"Poor customer service over the phone. The guy who answered the phone was very rude and impatient to answer some basic questions. Then he put me on indefinite hold and I later found out he was not occupied at all. He was just rude enough to ignore the call. Very bad experience. Advise visiting some other stores if possible."
