"Friendly staff and excellent product. Love my new floors"
"Friendly and knowledgeable staff made it easy to get what we needed for our project."
"Quite pleased with our visit to this (LL) store. [Not a pleasant experience at a different LL store in the past] Was treated courteously & professional during the visit here. Staff was very helpful, patient & thoroughly explained details of various floorings."
"I have been going to this Lumber Liquidators location in Murrieta for a little while now and each time, I am pleased with the services provided. These two ladies are knowledgeable, professional. productive and exceed expectations every trip. There are times that I spend extended time in the store trying to make a decision and no matter how long I am in there they still manage to be be courteous and helpful. They are able to articulate their thoughts and make suggestions based on your vision. My most recent visit ended with me getting vinyl flooring in which I absolutely enjoy (photos coming soon). Good employees/managers and products. I'll absolutely return again and recommend to others."
"I purchased their "Unfinished red oak" in the "utility" grade. I should have done more research on the quality because my 10% pad was not nearly enough. It's not a secret (widely available info online) that "utility" grade Oak is the bottom of the barrel. You get TONS of short pieces (1 foot maybe). About 35% are totally trash or close to it. If you get a beautiful, long piece with few issues, it's the exception, not the rule. I had to go back for more material when the amount purchased wasn't enough due to the grade. Lumber Liquidators is getting a 5 star rating because of how they handled the many issues that came up with this first time hardwood floor install."
