"I don't even know where to start, A1 supply came to my house to replace carpets in my bedrooms on January 3rd, 2015 and all seemed to be well. Shortly after they left I realized my two diamond wedding bands were stolen from my bedroom. We have video surveillance and proof of the theft. After filing a police report and speaking with the owner Chuck, he informed me that ONE OF THE GUYS AT MY HOUSE WAS NOT EVEN AN EMPLOYEE OF HIS, HE WAS A FRIEND OF THE OTHER GUYS AND JUST CAME TO HELP!!!!!! (((((His excuse was that it was around the holidays and they were short staffed)))) Umm, what????? Chuck allowed a total stranger into my house and because of his lack of professionalism and no consideration of his customers, I am now having to deal with trying to get my two diamond rings replaced and getting this KID (again that did not even work for A1) charged with theft. The only concern CHUCK had was getting a copy of the surveillance camera..... To me the reasoning for that is because he realized I have physical proof that he allowed some stranger that did not work for his company in my house and was caught stealing my jewelry. It is illegal for Chuck to run a business the way he did and If you want 16 year old kids coming into your house and stealing your personal belongings and an owner who only cares about protecting himself then please hire A1 Supply. I am disgusted with the owner, the company and the fact that people are so inconsiderate of you and your personal belongings. UNPROFESSIONAL, THEIVES, INCONSIDERATE, I could go on and on, I think you get the point........"
