"As other have said, this is the place for knowledge and customer service. I buy there frequently and as with other businesses, once in awhile things aren't perfect. If you want perfect, make an appointment for the showroom and you will receive one on one hospitality and all the time you need. Counter service for parts and supplies is walk-up and take your turn, just like anywhere. You can buy on the phone/ fax /email once you are set up."

A week later needed a very common part, not available at the big DYI stores until 11/8 GOLDEN WEST had it in stock and price was GREAT. The store is a little out of my neighborhood but I'll use them again when the need arises."
