"Unfortunately my experience with Smith and Wynd CPA was not great. After having an initial call with an Admin person, I was told that my profile seemed to be a good fit and that I should fill out a questionnaire for details. After sending this questionnaire back, I got a message saying that they are not interested in working with me - which is absolutely acceptable. I inquired about the reason and did not get any details other than "Unfortunately, we are not able to accept all prospective new clients". From a professional business I would have expected a different level of transparency."
