"Horrible customer service. The girl I asked for help finding their hydrloic presses gave me 0 direction on how or where to find the tool I was looking for. When I asked if there was someone else who could help, she said, "And I quote you van do what every you want. I went in to buy an expensive tool that pays her salary and got that kind of attitude."

"Hands down this is the best Harbor Frieght store I've been into. I didnt get the cashiers name but he was polite and made my checkout fast and smooth. The staff there made it easy from the moment I walked in the door. I usually get anxious when I go into the westminster one. Its hard to find help and get my questions answered. The Asian cashier is rude and has even cost me more money than what I pay in store. Such as transfer fees. I will drive out of my way for the Garden Grove Store . "Tiny, tight parking lot, except in the back. Store is just off Harbor Boulevard south of the 22 freeway. Getting in and out of this place is so much fun. Lots of tools, etc., almost all made in China. I miss Sears and Craftsman tools."

On 75% of their stuff its great.. like a wrench is a wrench & a HSS drill is a HSS drill- however, a Dewalt or Makita power tool is different than a questionable off brand el cheapo power tool.. That being said, ive bought several power tools there over the yrs & some last & some dont. Store and employees are good."
