"I had an excellent experience with royal legend inc.We bought a vanity and toilet at a great price compared to low stuff lowes and HD sells.the no credit card policy was no problem because they take checks.i did my research before going there by visiting Bs website.they make it very clear that their no return policy is to save the consumer money n stocking and replacing damage goods by the customer.That is honestly! If you think the stores with a no hassle return policy are not passing the cost of replacing merchandise damaged by a customer into their prices,then you don't understand basic econmics.During the install of the toilet.i broke the cover through my own mistake.fortunately for me,they had additional toilet cover in stock for a minimal fee. The employee was shocked when i told him i broke the piece myself.he told me many customers come back to the store requesting refunds for merchandise they calimed the did not damage.the store policy requires you inspect your purchase before you leave the store so they can stand behind their return policy.i will be back in the future."
