"Had a family and friend gathering here at the cabin tonight before our brother’s wedding and the cops were called to evict us without warning. We were told we had to leave within a certain time frame that wasn’t realistic and was blown up constantly being threatened to leave. Everyone from the gathering was leaving and the Sheriff showed up and told us that if everyone was leaving he sees no problem but even after that was said, the owner continued to threaten further force. We live 5 hours from home and they had no sympathy or understanding for our situation. Never have we been treated so poorly anywhere else. We were planning to come back for vacation but we will never come back or spend another dime on this place. Wouldn’t ever recommend this place to anyone. We were respectful and courteous to the cabin which we were staying and the surrounding cabins. Not to mention we paid an additional cleaning fee and there was old food behind dressers in our room and who knows how long it’s been there. So disgusting. There is also a bees nest on the bottom patio that is infested and actually had people get stung by them swarming. Don’t stay here!!!!!!!!"

"The owner and/ or operator threatened to have the police remove us from the property because we had a small wedding reception at the cabin. As the cops came they said they saw no problem as the reception party of close family and friends was leaving because of the threat that was made. We had planned to come back next year for vacation but we will never waste anther dollar here after the way we were treated. Also it is infested with yellow jackets on the bottom deck as a result we were stung multiple times. We were nothing but respectful to our neighbors and the cabin."

"Great place on the lake. Perfect for 6 dudes to chill on a long, ManTrip weekend. It's quiet, has great kitchen, lots of beds and the wrap around deck is awesome. Loved waking up and having a tea on it each morning."
