"We rented a machine this morning, but had to retuned due to minor defective. At the rental department, employees there were friendly and helpful. But, one of the employees there by the name of Marlene was rude, and very unprofessional, not sure what her title was. From the customer service area, she demanded out loud that we moved our truck right away. We’ve politely moved it, Two wrongs doesn’t make it right. And to top it off, she’s very unprofessional with the other employees there…She screamed at them just because of our truck. I gave it 1 ⭐️ due to her behavior."

"I started out here on a mission to find cabinet parts sideboards backings structural boxes things like that, I ended up wandering around awaiting the muse of inspiration, Alas I couldn't get into the groove but all the workers were very helpful pointed me in the right direction often cases walked me over to the section that I needed to be in very helpful staff indeed. I eventually found the cabinet parts that I was looking for all reasonably priced, and I'm not purchasing anything though but it's good to know this place is here if I need it."

"Spent over $200 on screens to have them come back 3 weeks delayed, and after waiting the extra THREE WEEKS it had a hole on the mesh. On top of that 2 screens 2” too big. I checked my measurements and they where correct so it was their fault on that too. Completely bad customer service and bad product plus they didn’t offer a single discount or coupon, etc. for the wait or the hole or miss measurement. Lastly, total attitude from pretty much everyone I dealt with. I’d give them a minus five stars if I could."
