But when you get someone on the phone they can't transfer you if you don't have a part number or specifications of what you want. Finally after insisting and them looking up whatever they have to look up I get transferred. THEN... when I finally get connected to someone in Plumbing as I requested, they don't seem to know squat about plumbing. I requested help on something seemingly very simply, but they recommended a completely inappropriate part. They clearly have no really skills or training to be able to recommend anything. Useless!"
