"I had my bathroom remolded with them. They did a good job overall. I like that they are one stop shop where I can purchase the countertop, toilet, flooring, shower door, and cabinet mirror. Anna the project manager was responsive and helped me with all my questions and concern. The contractors spoke mainly Chinese but Anna helped translate for us. The only tip I have is confirming the contractors schedule as some of their contractors don’t work weekends and holidays."

"Purchased vinyl plank flooring on the recommendation of the flooring advisor in 2018. The first installation had sections of the vinyl plank that were damaged during installation and later fixed. Then the flooring started to come apart. To Home Depot's credit they came and replaced the flooring at their cost. Now in 2021 the flooring started coming apart at the locked seams. I have complained to Home Depot and they have gone to the Mohawk Flooring Manufacturer and they are not admitting to any responsibility to mis-manufactured product. I was offered $500 from Home Depot to go away. One star only because they tried and ultimately do not actually care about this customer. I cannot recommend that you use Home Depot for flooring nor any plank flooring manufactured by"
