"I have to agree with previous customers..this place sucks. Overprice, not so good quality and really bad service…no mater what mistake they make, they blame the customer. Jeff Saroyan turned out to be a scummy person. Sold us an incorrect specie and would not allow to exchange it…no mater what you tell him, he blames it on policy. As if the policy was written by someone else and not him. We are talking about an exchange for a correct specie of wood, stock material, and we were not asking something for free. Unreasonable is too nice of a description, he rather stay his ground, than try to help and satisfy the customer. From now on I won’t let our company purchase anything from Saroyan Hardwoods, nor we be sending our trusted customers there. In LA area there is 10 other lumber yards who wont try to rip you off or insult you."

"This is not a review based on the quality or prices of their lumber. Instead a review on the mentally unstable and deranged employee by the name of Juan. Who has been entrusted to manage the retail floor. Someone who knows absolutely nothing of customer service but instead yells, tries to intimidate and threatens repeat customers. If you are a reflection of the company, then this 1 star, is 1 too many!"
