"I ALWAYS SHOPPED AT THIS LOCAL HARDAWARE STORE WHENEVER I NEEDED SOMETHING BUT I AM SO DISAPPOINTED AT THE FACT THAT THEY DIDN'T RESPECT MY HANDICAP RIGHTS OF PARKING WITHOUT TIME LIMITS AND HAVE ALL THE RIGHT TO PARK AT PRIVILIGED MERCHANT SPACES AS WELL. THE ONLY REASON I PARKED THERE WAS BECAUSE THEIR WASN'T STREET PARKING ON TWEEDY BLVD OR BY THE PUBLIC PARKING AREA BY THE ALLEY AND FOUND IT EASY TO PARK AT ONE OF THEIR MANY EMPTY SPACES FAR AWAY FROM DISTURBING THEIR BUSINESS AND THE PERSON THEIR TOLD ME THAT IF I DIDN'T BUY ANYTHING THERE AT THAT MOMENT THAT MY CAR WOULD BE TOWED AND IF I WAS MORE THAN 2 HOURS PARKED THERE AS WELL IT WILL GET TOWED AND SUPPOSEDLY TOW TRUCK RANDOMELY PASSES BY THERE AND PICKS UP CARS WITHOUT THEM CALLING THEM. BE CAREFUL PARKING HERE FOR ANY REASON EVEN IF YOU HAVE THE RIGHT."

"Went in to buy a part I needed thinking maybe it's better than Lowes and home depot as people say no one would help me the lady and the man were super rude when I asked for help. I ended up buying the part not even half way through the job it broke I tried to return it but the lady just yelled at me and no there was no language barrier I speak Spanish as well. Rather go to Lowes or home depot if this is the case and to over hear them call a tow truck on a car parked in a parking lot that just says customer parking just bizarre. Sadly this is not a place to do business with if your trying to fix something within the same day"

"We went to buy a part for our water heater and the older lady that was the cashier was rude from the start. We asked for help looking for the part and she ignored us. Finally, someone gave us what he said would work. It didn’t work. We went back to see if we could exchange it for the right part and then the lady started yelling at us saying she can’t resell anything that’s open and to not even bother. We hadn’t even used the part. She could’ve said it without yelling, especially considering it was her staff that told us that was the part we needed. Worst customer service."

"I posted Earlier of positive experiences at this store that I've gone to for 30+ years. But, it changed today. I spent $45.17 at the store for 2 shower valves and a small can of paint. Home depot is closer but I choose to go to there instead. Anyway in putting together the valve stem, in tightening it the nut stem broke off, ( part not made in this country). I went back to the store and was told , "we sold you a new one..." Not even half off for another one ?nothing. Loosing a customer for $14.99? I guess making keys is worth more. Bye bye."

"Unlike home depot where you can't find anyone or know what I'm talking about. This place has workers who are helpful and provide great advice. Been here many times with questions on plumbing projects. The workers here guide you, get you the parts you need, they have everything. You don't get that at the big chain stores.... I live far but so worth the trip."
