"I was referred to do business with hangups unlimited, and it was not a good experience. The website is so confusing, so I called and explained I was a new customer. After explaining my project, I thought I new what to order. The hardware shows up, and besides being utterly cheap hardware, it simply wasn't what I was told it would be. After calling and speaking with the manager, I was told I should have ordered the correct product! I asked for her boss, whom apparently no one is allowed to speak with??? So I emailed him. Bottom line they won't take the order back and could careless about what happened. So I now have 60.00 worth of useless cheap product. I really had high hopes, cause I run a sign business and was looking for a vendor like this, or so I thought."
