I’m new and trying to learn quickly and make good decisions about this project and he was really gracious with his time (I think he stayed almost an hour past when he was scheduled to leave to help me) and knowledge. "Best selection of wood in the South Bay, including lots of domestic and exotic species and a big selection of slabs. They usually have competitive prices, although not always the lowest, but they also usually have shorts available of some species for a discount. Good selection of plywood, trim/molding, and some reclaimed wood. They will do some cuts for you if needed to get your wood home. They stock a full range of finishes, as well as some power and hand tools."

"Careful...while this isn't a large place, they have a great selection of domestic and imported hardwoods. You can easily spend way to much here (but that's a good thing.) Many choices of widths, thicknesses, and lengths. Prices are reasonable, and in fact, better than any I've found. I drive 70mi to go here. Staff is friendly and always willing to help."
