"We called and booked this for Fall Break and had a positive experience with Terri on the phone. When I went over to drop off the paperwork prior to the boarding the young lady working there was extremely kind. The issue started when we got to the week of our rental. My wife had gotten sick so we were delaying our trip by two days so she could get better before we flew to the beach. I called and talked to Terri and told her we would drop the dogs Monday instead of Friday but obviously didn't want any change in price as the issue was on our end. We were assured our reservation was still fine and there would be no issue when our 22 year old daughter dropped the dogs off on Monday morning. We flew down to the beach on Sunday and got a call from our daughter Monday that when she arrived no one was there. I called and got a hold of Terri and she said that she would call Diane. My daughter ended up waiting two hours until Diane was onsite which at that point she told her she had no room for our dogs since we didn't show on Friday. Terri confirmed with Diane that we were going to be there Monday but Diane insisted there was nothing they could do. She was extremely rude during this whole experience. My daughter had to call out that day and we spent the better part of the day finding someone to come and watch the dogs in our home. I would not recommend this place at all. The other reviews that describe the lack of communication between Terri and Diane seem to all mimic our experience."

"We boarded our dog here from 10/28-11/1 and 11/21-28. Based solely on the complete lack of communication, customer care, and administrative attention to detail, we will never board our dog here again and have told all of our friends not to use this facility. The employees (namely the phone operator, Terri) do not document anything. Our reservation, credit card information provided over the phone, vet records provided via email, and any details provided on the phone were not stored anywhere - I'm not sure if they even have a shared system between the offsite phone operator and the onsite team. The person who answers the phone (Terri) is offsite, out of the loop, and was unapologetic/unempathetic when putting us through extreme inconveniences. We called to confirm it was okay to bring our dog for a trial at daycare two days in a row, were given the okay on the phone, drove the 30 minutes to the facility both days, and both times when we arrived, we called and were told that they were not open that day. We were fed excuses about how the onsite woman (Diane) had x, y, or z going on (understaffed, had an injury, had to put down a dog recently), but we did not understand how this affected the plans we confirmed on the phone the DAY BEFORE. Calling ahead is USELESS. There is not a designated drop off or pick up time frame, so you are at the mercy of the phone operator (Terri) and her inability to get in touch with onsite (Diane). We called ahead *every time* and still had to call and wait (one time my husband waited 45 minutes) for someone to open the door at the facility. This was on a day when we were dropping our dog off to travel, so it was extremely nerve-wracking not to know for certain we could drop off our dog and catch our flight! Also, they're "closed on Sundays" and I'm not sure what that means. Do they not play with the dogs on Sundays? Not sure if "closed" just means that onsite doesn't handle drop offs or pick ups or if it's just a day where no one is onsite except to feed and let the dogs out? Unclear. As far as the treatment of our dog, we're not sure how she was treated. My husband says when he picked her up, she ran out of the kennel and "peed for a long time" so we're not sure the last time she was let out. The only positive experience we had was the original phone call to book with Terri, after which I was confident it was going to be a great experience. Nope. There is also a young girl who works on site who seemed kind and friendly at pick up. Other than that, can't say one more good thing about this place."

"I originally found this daycare and boarding facility because the one I had been using was full when I needed to board my Wally. The owner is great and she made me feel good about leaving my baby-dog there for a 4 day boarding. They gave me a free 6 hour trial to make sure he acclimated well. He did. She sent me videos and pics of my boy playing with the other dogs. I love that the setting is more home-like which made Wally feel more at home. There is someone onsite 24/7 which made me feel better that he wasn't caged for 12 hours overnight. I will definitely use them again. Even if for just a short day of daycare. You can tell that the staff really loves the animals in their care. They are a smaller and more intimate environment and my baby came home and slept for a whole day as he was TUCKERED OUT from his little vacation."

"Our Great Dane loves Dog’s Life! We were looking for a place to socialize our puppy and needed a place to leave her for 6 days over Christmas break. Diane suggested we bring her for doggy daycare a few times before boarding her. This worked out very well. She had never been around other dogs before, but she was eased into the group. Diane and her staff really love the animals and work so well with them. When our puppy came home, she had a Christmas bag with some dog toys and was on her best behavior. We will be taking her back again for both boarding and daycare. We are thankful to have found this place, as it is a perfect fit for our family."
