"While this was not on my list of places to go to, it was something my wife was adamant about visiting. We were heading eastbound from a 3 week rv trip, and she wanted me to take her. Since her happiness is all that matters, I planned the stop. We left the rv in a target parking lot in the bustling city of Jackson, TN and took our tow vehicle and beloved dog Gina, and drove the 25 miles to Trenton, Tn. We parked directly in front of the museum, which is connected to the towns police department. We entered and saw over 600, 16th, and 17th century porcelain teapots collected by a local doctor who traveled extensively. They were an interesting collection of a bygone era, and I, for one, am very glad my wife deeply appreciated the time, expense, and dedication to preserve this exquisite collection that this small town is centered around. I was moved by the care given this collection and the desire to preserve it for future generations. Well done, Trenton!"
"Well worth a stop in this NW Tennessee town. Open 24/7 at no charge. Beautiful porcelain teapots on display. Was not prepared for the magnitude or the variety of this display. Heard about it all my life, just did not go. WOW, so glad I went."
"So many beautiful teapots in one location. If you are ever close enough, it’s worth stopping in to check it out. Self guided, free to get in and donations accepted if you’d like."
