"March 2024 We’re back. Love it even more this time. We booked through Airbnb with the Burnham Maine group. I think we got a better room this time and also they were so kind to allow early check-in since the room was clean and we were sitting in the lobby. Very very good customer service. Clean building lots of fun amenities and very close to everything we love. See my other reviews for best places. Even on rainy, cold, cloudy mornings the view from the comfortable beds makes me smile. March 2023 Loved the clean carpets in halls and modern vibe. Great public meeting and work spaces. Front door address hard to see from Uber but we got there!"

"We stayed at The Burnham and walked down to Broadway St. twice a day. They have a parking garage, a pool area, common areas, fitness center, and more. The "Latch" app was a bit cumbersome to use, but it did work. I'd stay there again."

"Stayed at an airbnb at the location. Great location to be able to walk to many Nashville attractions. Nice pool and court yard area. Safe area to park. Elevators are sketchy especially the one in the garage. Rooms are not sound proofed at all, sounded like giants walking around in the apartment above us. Plus plenty of noise from hallways and adjoining rooms. Parking garage is confusing at first arrival."

"It's decent enough for the amount of time I spent in the room. Which was mostly just for a night cap and sleep. It's really loud, sounded like I had a giant walking in the condo above me. Very bright in the room at night even though blinds were closed. They double booked our room so in the middle of the evening another customer walked in on us hanging out. Then started the process of figuring out who was supposed to be in the room. It worked itself out. Some of the glasses had cracks in them. My friend had hairs in her bed. She has super short hair and the three hairs on her she were like 12 inches long, gross plus there was a dead bug on her sheet. We got stuck in the stair well which we took because the elevators are so slow. 5 other people tried their phones to unlock the door took us about 10 min to get out. None of our phone codes were working. No none of us were drunk. It was not human error which we thought with the first try, but when four other people had the same issue we decided it was technology at it finest. A card key for the doors would be better."
