"Honestly leaving this place super disappointed. I went in and asked for NATURAL eyelash extensions and specifically told her that I do NOT want to look like I have big eyelashes the words I used were “butterfly” eye lashes. I told her I’m not high maintenance at all and I will be happy as long as she keeps them looking pretty natural. Well an HOUR AND A HALF later, which is crazy to me this usually takes 45 min to an hour she shows me these crazy eye lashes she had just put on me that I am now stuck with. Then I also had an eyebrow waxing scheduled for after that and it was just a little clean up. Nothing big nothing crazy. I have been getting my eyebrows waxed for years and they have always taken 15 min MAX. This time around it took her THIRTY minutes to do a tiny clean up on my eyebrows and then left me with a bunch of wax left on my face. I have a lot of experience getting eyelash extensions and my eyebrows waxed but never have experienced something like this. Left this place two hours later and am NEVER going back."

"I decided to give this place a try again but with inflation, I can’t afford to go a corporate place like, Amazing Lash. They offer 2 refills a month for ~200 a month. They break it up into only classics or volume. I didn’t like what they offered considering I prefer a hybrid style. Very clean facility with lots of lash products."

"Overall my experience was great. The first time I went I wasn't sold on my lashes but decided to give it another try. This time, my lashes came out beautiful. Shannon did a great job at listening to me and giving me exactly what I wanted and use her professional knowledge to provide me with a look fitting for my eye shape and face. The reason for the 4 stars is they ran behind on both appointments first time 25 minutes, second time 40 minutes. If I could give feedback, I would say maybe call the person to give them a heads up. Other than that, very professional and clean, and great customer service which is extremely important to me."
