"We've not had an unpleasant experience, but today changed that. It was so cold inside,that we asked to be seated in the back thinking it might be warmer. My husband looked at the wall thermostat. It was 64°. We asked if the heat could be turned up, which did not happen. We also had to wait 45 minutes for our food and we were the first patrons of the day."

"My mom was quite excited to get dinner. However we were met with gross food and awful service. Our waitress forgot parts of our meal, drinks and silverware. We ordered the tea and it was absolutely disgusting. My mom said after we told them this she did dump all the teas which is great. However they shouldn't have let it get that bad. Overall horrible experience."

"Ordered 6 sushi rolls and a rice bowl. The waitress told us the sushi was done but not my rice bowl, and do I want to wait for everything all at once or can she bring the rolls out. I said it was fine to bring them, no biggie. My family got their rolls, ate them and we were still waiting. AFTER they were done she came over and told us my bowl never printed and do I want them to start making it. I said no but can I get a California roll to go. We waited almost an hour for ONE ROLL TO GO. Absolutely no communication from the waitress about why it was taking so long, no offer for drink refills, NOTHING. I could see her staring at me from across the room because she knew it was taking a long time, but never made an effort to even assure us it was eventually coming out. I would have been fine with the wait, it wasn't her fault and I wasn't in a hurry. But the service was the worst I've ever received anywhere. On top of everything they still charged us for it all. I don't expect anything for free but like $5 off or some sort of acknowledgement of the situation would have been cool. I've been here dozens of times, but this was by far the worst experience I've ever had with service anywhere. I will never go back."

"The sushi roll is a true work of art. It looks so eye-catching and its flavor is enchanting. The server's warmth and attentiveness make me feel well-cared for. With the appetizer and occasional friendly chat with the server, the wait time is hardly noticeable. The restaurant's decor is tastefully done. Looks like it has been through recent remodeling. Its atmosphere transports me, even just for a moment, to the streets of Japan. Without a doubt, I will return again and will recommend this place to my friend."

"I called in to place an order for chicken chow mein and tempura shrimp to go and received it promptly upon arrival. The food was still pleasantly warm after a 15min drive back home. The chow mein is balanced in flavor without being overly salty. I was delighted to find no signs of burned meat or noodles. The tempura shrimp was a delightful surprise. It maintained its tenderness and achieved a satisfying crispiness, making it a delightful snack as well :). The server is so considerate when packing the tempura. There is some small holes in the plastic container, allowing heat to escape and preventing condensation, which could otherwise affect the quality of the food. This thoughtful detail enhanced my takeout experience, and I truly appreciate it."
