"I hate giving places one star but this time it needed it. I've been coming here for 4 years in the past year my favorite lady had left to work somewhere else so they hired new people. I've been coming back frequently and no problems until now. This lady started of with "long time since threading huh" and my thought was lady you don't know what's going on in my life and why I haven't been back to get my eyebrows done heck she doesn't know that I actually got threaded a while ago but yet still decided to make a remark. Some people hair just grow faster than others. Next she proceeds to tell me "hold tight, it hurts less" so I did until I found myself pushing my eye and yet she says in a nasty tone "HOLD TIGHTER!" in which I couldn't hold my self any more I said "I am holding tight" I wanted to get up and leave at that point or have the other continue for her but I didn't. All while she's doing this she's going slow so slow to the point where I think she's trying to hurt me on purpose. All the ladies that have done me do it fast and it hurts way less than what she did. After the painful threading she decides to say "come back every 2-3 weeks" I would but you don't know my life and you shouldn't make someone feel bad just because they haven't been getting their eyebrows done frequently to their liking. I have a business so I can't take the time to go get my eyebrows done until I finally can. I would've appreciated if the other nice lady did me because she's very kind and hasn't hurt me or make unkind remarks like the lady with the glasses. I'll make sure I won't get her again or go somewhere else."

"Love coming here! Man I went today because my eyebrows were just plain bushy and needed a clean ASAP. Althought it did it hurt a lot! Since it had been a while since I had them done. They always do a good job and great price as well!"

"I read the reviews but decided to still go. Biggest regret. I made sure to tell her to just clean them up. WHY would she leave me looking like I have sharpie eyebrows. My eyebrows had a nice shape and were thick. She left them so thin! She wasn’t done when fortunately she was interrupted by a phone call. At that point I looked in the mirror and saw the horror. I told her we were done and she proceeded to try and grab my face!!! And told me we weren’t done!!! I told her that yes we were done and she had the audacity to get mad and tell me she had to finish them!!! She was on chair 5 if that helps! Don’t do it! Don’t go there!!!"

"Worst place ever!!! I walk in and the two ladies are arguing which was so unprofessional!!! Then one lady tells me to go in the chair and then tells me to get out of it because the other lady doesn’t want to thread right now. I wait back in line and the lady that didn’t want to thread calls my name. I go and she doesn’t say anything expect sit. She was so rude. She didn’t ask me if I wanted a clean up or anything she just did what she did I tried to tell her what I want and she ignored me! I’ll never go again!! Was not worth the price. She even has the audacity to ask me for a tip. My eyebrows were thick now they are thin! Don’t come here"

"I have been coming here to do my eyebrows for years. However, yesterday I had a very unpleasant experience. The woman doing my eyebrows had a cold. She was inches away from my face and had snot dripping down her nose. She kept sucking it back up and also drying it with the inside of her shirt. Although it never dripped ON me, this was VERY unhygienic and utterly disgusting. Since she was drying her snot with her shirt, I can only imagine it was getting on her fingers. She was touching the string that was touching my face. She didn’t even use hand sanitizer before she wiped me down with a cotton ball as usual. NEVER coming here again. I would rather go out of my way to go elsewhere."
