"Fernando made a mistake and cut the long portion of my hair while I was booked for an undercut trim. When I noticed all the hair showed him and said "Sir, you cut my long hair." He got very upset and denied it outright. He claimed that chunk of hair was shedding. Then when I showed him how the hair is freshly cut he said Well you wanted me to cut the sides so isn't that what you wanted?" | reiterated I wanted the undercut trimmed. He then said, "Okay well I didn't do it on purpose. What do you want me to do about it?". That kind of response really speaks to his poor character. And the lack if accountability was appalling. Mistakes happen and hair grows back, but the least he could have done was apologize and not try to gaslight me. I tried contacting the owner but no response yet."
