"Recently had them come out to put in 90’ of wire fence (w/ wood framing) and to reinforce posts on another part of our fence that was leaning. Couldn’t be happier with what they did. It looks great, it was done in half a day, everyone was very professional and courteous, and the price was 20% of what I was quoted by another contractor. I would use them again in a heartbeat."

"The gentleman who answered the phone was extremely rude when I tried to explain that the latch was installed backwards. I kindly asked him if they can flip the lock to be inside the yard not facing the alley. I explained to him that I would have to go through the alley to lock and unlock my padlock and this didn’t make sense to him. In a loud voice he said that was going to be a lot of work because they had to make a new gate. He said they would fix it but they ended up drilling a hole on the handle. He also hung up on me. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service this company provided."

"We have contacted psg fencing regarding repairs on our vynl rail fence that was damaged by a falling branch during a rain/wind storm,and after them coming right out to give us a price,we were contacted with a contract price. We asked them to schedule the repair right after the first day of March.we have attempted to contact them to get the schedule and after at least 5-6 attempts we finally made contact with Sam who told my wife that he would get it scheduled and call us back before the end of the day with a date,again they failed to call us back. Due to their uncaring lack of customer relations we have been forced to contact another contractor."
