"This has been one of the worst customer experiences of my life. Went to the store in Sacramento, no one provided any assistance to us there. Online, the hardwood we found could not be ordered and shipped to the store. Turns out it was discontinued somewhere in the few weeks between visiting the store and attempting to order online. The phone number they ask you to call from the site is not in service. I was hoping to use their contracted installers, but read so many awful reviews, I decided against using them."

"I looked for anyone that can help to no avail. I went up to the front counter and asked if anyone can help. The person at the register was just browsing on her phone but did ask for any available help. I waited for a good 5-10 minutes up front and no one came. The person in front didn’t bother to page for help again so I ended up just walking out your door. Very bad customer service."

"It is a very large store with a wide variety of floors, but the employees were not helpful in their work. At no time did anyone come up to ask if I needed something and when I finally found a person his only response was I'm at lunch, when it was time to pay the person in charge of collecting the payment did not know how to answer my questions. I asked for help to carry the floor to my truck, there was no one who could do it, it's truly ridiculous for the store that it is. However, my only credit to the store is that I found the floor that met my expectations."
