"Never ever come to this dental clinic. If you are scheduled on 12 and probably you will be here 15 minutes before not miss the appointment but do you know they will see you at 2 means always two hours late. Very bad on timing"
"I wish I could give zero star for this location. They have the worse customer service, waiting time with appointment being made ahead, is more than an hour. Been there twice with appointments, waited there more than an hour to get checked by dentist. Every time I felt disappointed, I was referred to this clinic. didn’t know about their services at all. I would never ever go there again."
"I received dental service on 2.27.2024 at the Royal Dental Group. The service was to remove all 4 wisdom teeth. My experience was excruciating. I was in pain the entire procedure and had a witness there as well (they had let my partner sit in the room and watch the procedure). The doctor made me feel horrible because I screamed from the pain and he continued drilling when I was crying “stop it hurts”. I felt pain from the moment he started numbing me, the medicine did not work. I let them know the numbing wasn’t working properly. The dentist was very rude and told me if it hurts I need to communicate and not just scream in his face. Once I started communicating there were a few times he stopped to add more numbing but there was a handful of times he continued even though I was begging please stop. I screamed every time a tooth was yanked out and was shaking from the pain. My face was covered in tears, they said breathe through my nose but I couldn't breathe through my nose because I was crying too hard and they got mad at me. I started choking at one point and they kept drilling. I raised my hand to say I can’t breathe but they kept going. This procedure was supposed to be pain free but I was in tears from the moment I sat down. The assistant was very kind to me and noticed I was going to pass out from how bad the pain was. He let me sit in the room with the lights off and gave me an ibuprofen to help with the pain after the procedure. This experience was traumatizing and not normal AT ALL from what I am seeing and hearing from others who have gotten their wisdom teeth out. The office does not answer so I cannot give a name of the dentist nor the surgeon. Please keep in mind I feel this was retaliation. He has a front desk lady who is absolutely rude and is probably just sleeping with the dentist (she's the taller one who wears a scarf on her head. You can see on her face how rude she is). She asked me about papers and I said "you actually had me sign them last time I was here" and she snickered and said "yes that was not the question that was asked but ok" and then my experience happened after she went back and talked to the dentist. Either the dentist is racist (based on the reviews I just read in his treatment to other patients) or loves seeing people squirm in pain as retaliation for his staff making up lies about guests being rude. Maybe if front desk answered, people wouldn't be frustrated when they walk in and see them doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. 0/10 for this place. Requesting a different dental location and have contacted the dental board already."
"SAVE your time and go somewhere else. I had my reservations when I saw the reviews and I should have trusted my gut. Most unprofessional and dirtiest office I've ever seen especially for the area. Got referred for wisdom tooth extraction and was left more terrified that reassured after my consult. I sat in the patience room for an hour and half watching the "busy" dental staff attempt to kill a spider . Called to ask to be sedated and was told it would be possible and then was told at the desk I would need a whole other referral process. They either don't pick up the phone or when they do it's to give misinformation. Don't bother calling they'll play phone tag and blame you .Just pull up or better yet find somewhere else. Such a negligence business should be shut down."
