"Every time I go there, there are at least two people already in the store ahead of me, which shows me how trusted they are. The quality of the selection and the product lines are both excellent but the most important thing to me is the knowledgeable staff that provide courteous service and expert guidance for any painting or staining questions I have. I recently went there on a weekend and there was a big line but the one associate on duty kept his cool and remained cheery as he dealt with each customer while also acknowledging us in line and offering us refreshments at their coffee station. Especially for special jobs where it matters, like painting furniture and blinds and stuff, I choose to pay a bit more for the confidence I get that the job will be done right the first time with the right materials and the right advice."
