"It is a huge store. They have a great selection of items/ better than the HomeDepot. They seem to be short staffed. We had to wait for about ~45mins to be heard. But the staff who eventually helped out was helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all the questions. They don't seem to keep the stock in the store and to get it we had to go to San Leandro. That was the deal breaker for us. We also learned that the price of the same material was a bit higher."

"The range is fabulous, but expect next to no customer service and a rather frustrating online ordering system! The staff never know how much inventory they or other stores are carrying so if you need more…. Get ready for multiple lengthy phone-calls with store staff!!! Would not go back!"

"Very good place for flooring selection. Lot of variety but found that same or similar type of engineered wood is cheaper in Home Depot. Maybe floor & decor sales and marketing team need to review the pricing strategy. Customer service was very good. Overall good experience but price is a concern."

"I was so excited about my bathroom project and ordered tiles from this store. I even paid an extra $250 for delivery. But when my order arrived, it had the wrong parts. I tried calling the store for two days, but no one answered. Finally, I used their live chat, and an agent told the manager about the problem. However, even after two days, I didn't hear back from anyone. I'm really disappointed with the lack of customer service, especially when I needed the right tiles urgently. I won't be buying from this store again. I hope they can improve their customer service for others in the future."

"Great selection, great display, customer service on this visit was ok. Out of stock on item I wanted, it was in stock in the Burlingame store but they would not transfer without a $150 fee. Overall a good experience, definitely recommend."
