"Poor poor customer service. After price increases were explained as a result of "increased shipping expenses", we found out that the flooring was sourced locally...there was no shipping involved. Once we found this out, we simply wanted to inquire and clarify about the price increase. The owner never offered a valid explanation, and instead harassed front desk employees that knew nothing of the situation. He showed up at our business after he was asked not to. He raised his voice. He was unwilling to make any compromise. Overall, he was unreasonable and rude. I understand that many businesses are struggling due to the pandemic, but giving fake reasons for a price increase is not the way to go about it."
