"I basically paid $200-300 to get my taxes done incorrectly, despite being constantly assured that it was correct. I was only able to prove it was incorrect after returning home and basically doing my tax return by myself. My amount due was nearly triple when H&R Block did my taxes. Oh, and if they mess up your taxes and your forms have to be mailed in that's completely on you. They won't even mail them for you. Bad service, and people who go to these places are hoping to take pressure/stress off of themselves in regards to doing taxes. Not very good if your customers have to put major effort into proving that the tax professional wrong."
