"the store manager ( Evan Robinson) at the Danville office store is super rude, not helpful, and did not even help me or offer to help bring my heavy items to my car until I asked one of the new employees (who was very sweet and helpful unlike the manager!!) I wanted a color match but he simply told me he could not do it and I can call around to see who can help out? I found the color myself, after several hours without help from him or the staff by searching online. He did not bother to even ask how I found out about colors, surprised why I gave my business to Sherwin- Williams !! I am 100 percent sure he should find another job because clearly he hates his job and does not want to give people the best customer service."
