"Just had an appointment for 5pm. Get there early and see a sign on the door saying closed for sickness and to go to the harriman branch. Call the harriman branch and the guy we were booked to see is the one who had covid and got the Kingston location shut down. They said to come in still so we went straight there. They had so many people waiting and were so backed up on appointments there was no way they could see us anytime before closing. Was a waste of time. Online is still allowing you to book for kingston even though they know it's shut down. It was shut down long before we even booked. They are so unorganized it's unreal and need to pull kingstons bookings so they aren't wasting people's time."
