"Not a fan of paying extra for the so called "tax expert" to ask me what all the numbers on a tax document mean and then having her roll her eyes at me when I asked why had to pay extra when I had to help her out. I'll file my own taxes from now on and stop paying companies that employ people that behave as a 15 year old teenager does rather than being professional and providing simple explanations. So long H&R Block. If you insist on going here, see Tanisha. At least she knows what she's doing."
