"Loved the floors and service from this store. We bought a new house that came with carpet unless we wanted to pay a ridiculous upgrade price. Priced it at several stores and were very pleased with Benecia Flooring prices, service and no hassle salesmanship. They were fast and competent. Respectful and followed restrictions during COVID. Had a small issue with the stairs and they responded to our calls and sent someone out as soon as allowed (time restrictions because of COVID lock down when we first called). Great work and would definitely recommend them. Have had lots of positive comments on the floor from everyone from our movers to others who have seen it. We have shared their name with a lot of people! Also, big thanks to these guys for being willing to work the schedule so they could come in after we closed on the house — despite delays by the builder throwing off our dates — and get the flooring down prior to our move!!"

If there is ever a problem, which is just the nature of construction, they make it right.
