"Very unprofessional. I showed a discount code I got from the official website, the staff refuses to apply the code and claims it’s already the discounted price. It clearly isn’t. I went to another Kelly Moore store, where the code got accepted without any question. Had I bought it from this store, I would be paying much more!!! I’ll definitely avoid this store in the future. I brought a piece of existing painted drywall to this store to get an exact color match with the existing wall. They claim they can match it by making a formula. However, after my contractor picked up the paint and painted the wall, it is way different than what we had. I had to go to another store to match it again and pay the contractor to paint the wall twice."

"Well, this place is paint-central, with professional painters & fix-it people coming & going. I got Great assistance by people who KNOW their products. This location is easy access & next to O'Reilly Auto Parts--so you can get vehicle stuff and paint needs in ONE stop, on ECR near Hwy 85."

"Excellent products and excellent service at this location. The most important thing - the paint quality, especially dura poxy semi gloss for doors and trim, has a beautiful finish. Been here many times over the years, and the staff has always been knowledgeable, fast, and professional. Always a pleasure doing business here. The retail layout is spacious, clean, and well organized. I like to browse the store while my paint mixes to see all the different paint related products. I’m strictly amateur, but it’s nice to check out what the pros use. Highly recommended!"

"The store was surprisingly close to where I am staying. It was easy enough to find on Google maps but it didn't look like there was an entry way from El Camino Real. I thought I was going to have to use a small side street to gain access but I was wrong. However, it has two entryways from El Camino in case you miss the first one. The store no longer sells quarts of paint for touch ups so I was kinda forced into buying a whole gallon of a color already on the walls. The salesperson was not eager to please me but was eager to sell me more merchandise that I wasn't asking for. I felt like I must've been being watched by my salesperson while he was mixing my paint because as soon as I picked up another item he says from halfway across the store, "Something else?" There was ample parking. My salesperson did offer to carry out my paint and also offered to let it stay there while I visited another store close by. The front doors automatically open so it's wheelchair accessible and easy to leave with your hands full."

"Brent, I THINK, if I remember his name correctly. He was the sales lead. I came in because Google said they carried Benjamin Moore paint (I am new to the paint world, please don't take offense!) anyways, my 5 stars go to customer service. Brent was so nice, educated me on some paint swatches and even though I was looking for a specific color, I will 100% be back to hopefully give you guys my business in the future! Super helpful, non judgemental and answered all my paint questions. Great service you guys!!"
