"My family and I have had the privilege of staying at many locations across the US and Europe. When we book each location, we look for a unique experience. One that will continue to keep us connected and allow us to explore new adventures. Paradise Ranch and the Caspian Cottage have certainly provided that for us. The feeling that surrounds you when you’re here is one that warms the soul. The four of us explored most of the property on foot and enjoyed our time talking with the owners and their parents. All of them were super sweet to our children and made us feel like family. Even the Ranch crew/support helpers were genuine. It was Thanksgiving week and this resort can’t help but bring you to a place where everyone stops and realizes how lucky we are to be here....so our family says thank you very much for all your hard work. We know what it takes to keep a place like this running and alot of that work isn’t from 9-5. One can see the grounds are well maintained and everywhere you look.....high and low....you can see how well thought out it is (nightlights within the electrical outlets in the bathrooms) the attention to detail that they put behind the cottage and resort. We very much enjoyed our time here and will be back for sure. We are currently dreaming up a way to have an event here of some kind to share this beautiful place with family or friends. Thank you very much for helping us to make such wonderful memories."

"Our third stay at Caspian Cottage was as magical as the first. If you are looking for a tranquil setting for your vacation, this is it. The care in everything from the attention to detail and cleanliness is unbelievable. It's easy to spend time there or if you want some other activities, Nashville is just a half hour away. We're well travelled, and this is one of our favorite places to stay."

"We were so lucky and thrilled to have found Caspian Cottage. Such a beautiful piece of property! Spent 4 nights here with 2 couples. Plenty of space with 2 master bedrooms and bathrooms. Cottage is very clean and has all the modern comforts of home. We primarily came to visit Nashville, but it was so nice to come home after a long day in the city to this peaceful property. There are plenty of trails to hike, with lots of horse stables to enjoy. Whether you want to get away from it all or use as a base for sightseeing, Caspian cottage is the place to come. One of the best places, we’ve rented yet!"

"What a wonderful stay we had at the Caspian Cottage last week! From the freshly baked bread and cookies waiting for us on arrival, to the cozy fireplaces (we loved reading on the porch near the fire with our coffee in the morning), to the immaculate cleanliness, to the fun touches everywhere (board games, cards, foosball, ping pong!), to the ultra-comfortable beds, to the gorgeous views... the week could not have been more perfect. We loved hiking the trails through the beautifully wooded landscape and down past the horse pastures to the creek. There were so many beautiful places for pictures! And we actually hoped for rain so we could just spend the day in the cottage--the kids didn't want to leave (and neither did we)! I so appreciated how accessible the cottage was, too--you can tell that it was built with every bit of care taken to ensure the comforts of those with limited mobility. Sharolyn was such a friendly, wonderful host. We hope to return again to this little piece of paradise! Thank you!"

"Caspian Cottage was everything you would want in a home away from home. Probably even better! The owners have thought of everything you would need to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It was extremely refreshing to be able to go into a rental home and find it so clean. The surrounding trails and grounds are absolutely gorgeous .Whether you are in the mood to hike, watch nature, relax by the fireplace on your screened in porch or find that perfect photo opportunity , you will not be disappointed. We will definitely be returning for another visit as soon as we can make that happen! It is a great value when compared to the price! We highly recommend Caspian Cottage for your vacation getaway!"
