"Clerk could not figure out how to apply the sale discount. Even after a long delay. I walked away without checking it. Although, mentioning that could not be right. He assured me. It was closing time at noon and he rushed me out. Afterward locking the door. Upon, getting home I looked at the receipt and found a $90. error. NOW, I'll have to return and have someone else figure this out and make the adjustment. Total spent $459.71 Sale discount of 30% should not be that hard for a sales person........... Dear T.H., SW Customer Service Rep., Thank You T.H., I have been back to the location and expected the worse before my arrival. I found Amanda (branch manager) behind the counterand not knowing she was the manager at the time. To my surprise, She listened with sincerity to my issue of the discount and more, then introduced herself. Amanda, then said, she would fix this, I thought here we go, starting over. But, with a GREAT SURPRISE, she reversed the charge for 5 of the 7 gallons and no questions asked. Then she said, there you go. Management decision still exists. She gave me credit and expressed her apologies for the inconvenience. SW has gone beyond and served customer service on a platter, sterling silver. I have rental property and will use SW products again and again. Knowing SW customer service is for real and someone cares person to person is a great value in addition to good products.
