"Waited over a year for ortho refund. Going on 8 months waiting on a general refund. Manager Lupe is always too busy to help. I always get the run around on my inquiries. Foreign call center points fingers at the office, the office points fingers at the call center. Highly advise to take business elsewhere. You are just a number and you will waste so much time here with excuses on how they too busy to help you."

"Friendly staff which is the only reason this review made 1 star. Over the last year I've had to make 4-5 appointments just to get 1 single procedure done. I've got a minimum of 4 remaining procedures left. What does that say, I'll have to visit the dentist office possibly 20+ times at a bare minimum. This is not a joke, I have to take of work to be here, not the mention I feel like my teeth getting worse due to the lack of coordination. I'm back again today my appointment was at 9am, I was on time. It's now 10 30 and I'm still waiting. However I've watched more than 10 other patients called back"

"I checked online to see which places accept my insurance and who was open on the weekends. This place was listed hallelujah! I called the number listed and they were able to get me an appointment same day as I was having horrible horrible tooth pain. I left work early and was on my way down from BIG BEAR to HIGHLAND just to receive a call 20 min before my appointment stating they had to reschedule me because the doctor stops seeing patients at 2. I was scheduled for 330. Lady had the nerve to tell me I'm at fault because I called a corporate number (WHICH WAS THE NUMBER LISTED). After voicing my concerns, almost like an after thought, she then offered to take my xrays. Absolutely not. HORRIBLE!! WAY TO CARE ABOUT THE PATIENTS. I will never use this facility and I will never let my friends and family use this facility. EVER."
