"Very bad service . I asked the male staff what is the trend for the interior colors, he said every person is different and refused to give suggestions . I asked if the sample cards are true to color, he said every people’s eyes are different and everyone sees different color. He told me there’s no sample, no stickers in store . But my friend got stickers sample from other store . He told me I need to get online by myself. And he said :you look hesitate and not giving any suggestions or answers my questions . So I need to got two 1qt paints to try in my house . So I picked two color. He didn’t ask me if it’s interior or exterior , doesn’t ask about the finish , the different type of paint . After I realized that he’s making my paint , I asked him if I can get a super paint . He said there’s no super paint . So when I got my paints, it’s exterior ( I want interior ) and it’s emerald . I said : I want interior paints . He said “I thought you want exterior . “ and he gave me emerald without asking me. Then he made interior paint for me. He didn’t ask me about the finish and starts to make it. I told him if I could get egg shell, he said only flat and semigloss. I ask, what’s flat ? Is it matte ? He said : no. It’s flat. He doesn’t want to explain . It’s a bad experience I would definitely not recommend it ! My visit was on 12/30, around 5:00. Maybe the staff just wants to go home and not in the mood"
